Since Chi Omega's alliance with the Make-A-Wish Foundation began in 2001, Chi Omega has raised over $8 million and donated over 500,000 hours to the Foundation.
Here are a few ways to incorporate one of the below Make-A-Wish® videos with your chapter: chapter meeting; philanthropy round for recruitment; play during a Make-A-Wish event; parent's weekend to highlight national philanthropy; centennial, anniversary or Eleusinian celebrations.

Kelly's Make-A-Wish journey to becoming a Chi Omega
During Convention 2010, Kelly Gibbons Omicron/U of Illinois spoke about her wish experience. Kelly was diagnosed with osteogenicsarcoma-a form of bone cancer when she was 9-years-old. Her wish was to swim with the dolphins in Hawaii. The Make-A-Wish Foundation granted her wish and our national alliance with the Make-A-Wish Foundation later drew Kelly to the Omicron Chapter.

"I wish all the other children's wishes would come true"
Chi Omega is making a difference in the lives of children daily through its alliance with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Children like Hope Stout, whose selfless wish was to grant 155 other children's wishes through a fundraising event, are able to have their wishes granted with the support of sponsors like Chi Omega.

"I wish to be a star in a commercial"
"I wish to be a star in a commercial" was 6-year-old Shelby's wish, which was granted in 2004 through Chi Omegas
alliance with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. With sponsorship from the Chi Omega chapter at the University of Texas, Shelby shot a Make-A-Wish public service announcement featuring two other wish kids.
